Say You Will DVD-A (How is the dynamic range)?

I love the Say You Will album and think it is some really great work by Fleetwood Mac. However, I can only listen to it for about 10 minutes at a time before I have to change to something else. The main reason is that the album seems to suffer from the loudness war, where everything is brought to about the same volume level and it all comes out sounding like noise.

Every other Mac album I listen to has a good deal o variation in the volume of various elements. Mick's drums always hit...

There are several questions I have about the infamous limo tapes-

1. When were these recordings made? Was it during the Rumours and the Mirage eras?

2. Who did the taping?

3. Was this done with everyone's consent?

4. Why would something like this be done in the first place? I can understand taping certain things, like a song or a class lecture in case you miss something the teacher said. Why would you want to tape conversations in a limo?

FM Airplay Update

Man, I've been hearing them A LOT lately!

I listen to XM so it's not uncommon to hear

GYOW, Dreams, SYLM, and YMLF pretty regularly...

but last week I heard Miranda...very cool

Then this weekend driving to Florida I heard on local stations

GYOW, DS, and NGBA!

Edge (ok, SN, I know but still)

and in the Ron Jon surf shop in Cocoa Beach I heard

either YMLF or SYLM (sorry Christine I forget which one)

Rumours CD

I've been looking for the expanded Rumours CD for a long time. I didn't think you could get it anymore and have been looking for it on Ebay and Amazon. I bid on it once but it went for lots of money. Tonight I went to Best Buy to get memory for my computer and they had it there right in the FM section. I couldn't believe it! Yea!!!
