I just got back from preparing the turkey and stuffing at my parents' place a little while ago so it should hopefully be ready around 4 or so. My mom left me these step-by-step instructions, which is good because without them I would have been up a creek. When my parents returned from mass, she asked me if I had ever done the turkey before. I told her I did several years ago. She replied "Now I remember. That was the year all the ambulances came over and rushed us to the hospital". My mom is such a smart ass.
