I suppose another way of looking at it, assuming that Kristen actually calculated this, is that she must love him a lot & maybe has resorted to desperate measures? Maybe she aspires to be a baby factory? Maybe he's ok with that.

Renae, you should bottle that intuition. Did you actually speak with K?

I don't think it really changes anything per se. LB's been having his cake and eating it for a while now, and this is K's forte, providing the one thing that Stevie can't in order to refocus LB's wandering mind.

Having said that, wonder what La Nick's reaction was....

Well, I understand how everybody feels about Kristen. No question, she is that "pale shadow" who cannot begin to hold a candle to Stevie.

And that she might well be calculating and perhaps even mean in her desperation to keep Stevie from fully reasserting her hold over Lindsey's heart.

HOWEVER, what's his culpability in all this? It seems to me, if appearances are in any way close to reality, that LB enjoys being the center of this perfect storm.

Now he has two women - opposites in many ways, but both beautiful (of course, one much moreso than the other), bound to him emotionally. The mother of his children has made it clear that she has no desire to let him go, the one who has his heart has tried to let him go, but can't.

If Stevie's on-stage interaction with him is any indication of the passion she feels toward him still, then she must be really confused and even hurt.

In my book, that would make him a bastard.
